Pallabi's Nom-Box was started by two food lovers, a mother-daughter duo, one who has collected the eternal knowledge of food as passed on from generation to generation, and one who is a chef from a 5-star hotel.

 

Currently, we are a small home-based gourmet bakery and catering service and our aim is to leave an everlasting impression in the food industry and your palette.

 

All of us grew up tasting flavors that have been finessed over time and passed down through generations; some recipes are forgotten and the taste lingers on only in our memories!
